We stand behind every GLOWBORA order. If you are not delighted, you have 60 days from delivery to request a full refund — simply and kindly, with no forms to wrestle and no reason to justify.
Return shipping is on us. Email glow@bora-office.com with your order number and we will send you a prepaid return label. Once your item is on its way back, we issue your refund to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days of receipt.
Contact us within 60 days of delivery. Your refund covers the product price and any original shipping charged. Items should be returned in reasonable condition.
If anything arrives damaged or wrong, email us a photo and we will replace it or refund you in full, including shipping.
